What CS2WH is

CS2WH is an independent publisher. We review and rank third-party CS2 gambling sites, trading sites and skin tools, and we run some free calculators.

We are not a gambling operator, a marketplace, a broker or a payment service. We do not take deposits, hold money or skins, run games, set odds, process withdrawals or operate any site we write about.

Using CS2WH means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the site.

Who may use CS2WH

You must be 18 or older, or older where the law where you live sets a higher minimum, and legally permitted to gamble where you are.

Gambling is restricted or illegal in many countries and US states. Knowing the law where you are, and staying inside it, is entirely your responsibility. We do not check and cannot check where you are.

Gambling is at your own risk

Gambling loses money. Every game on every site we write about is built so the operator profits over time.

Our scores are opinions from our own testing at a moment in time. They are not advice, not a recommendation and not a prediction. Nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice.

Anything you put onto a third-party site can be lost in full, and that risk is yours.

The sites we link to are not ours

A link is not an endorsement or any assurance that a site is lawful, solvent, licensed, honest or secure. Your relationship with an operator is between you and them. CS2WH is not a party to it, and their terms bind you, not ours.

We accept no liability for anything an operator does or fails to do. That includes refusing or delaying a withdrawal, freezing or closing an account, confiscating a balance, voiding a bet, changing or cancelling a bonus, a rigged or broken game, mishandling your data, a breach, insolvency, disappearing with customer funds, or any other act, omission or fraud on their part.

How we are paid

Many outbound links are affiliate links. If you register or deposit through one, the operator may pay us a commission. It costs you nothing.

That relationship does not make us responsible for the operator. Nothing here creates any partnership or agency between CS2WH and any site we link to, and we cannot act for you with one.

No warranty

CS2WH is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a purpose and non-infringement.

Everything here reflects what we found on the date shown. Bonuses expire, codes stop working, terms are rewritten and sites change hands overnight. We do not warrant that any page, score, figure or payout time is accurate or current, and we are not obliged to update anything. Where our page and an operator’s terms disagree, theirs govern.

Your responsibility

Every decision you make using this site is yours: which operators you use, what you deposit, what you bet or trade, and what personal documents you hand to a third party.

Verify anything you intend to rely on with the operator before acting on it. Your Steam account, wallets, passwords and two-factor methods are yours to protect, and any tax on winnings is yours to pay.

Do not scrape the site at scale, interfere with it, or republish it wholesale.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CS2WH and everyone connected with it is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, your inability to use it, anything published on it, or your use of any site reached through it.

That covers gambling and trading losses of any size; lost, stolen, confiscated or undelivered skins, coins, cryptocurrency or balances; an operator failing to pay you; losses from acting on information that was wrong or had changed; lost profit, data or opportunity; and any indirect or consequential damages. It applies however the loss arises, in contract, tort including negligence, or otherwise, and whether or not we were warned it was possible.

Our total liability for all claims is limited to what you have paid CS2WH in the twelve months before the claim. We charge readers nothing, so that is zero.

No compensation

We do not compensate, reimburse, refund or make good any loss, whatever caused it. There is no compensation scheme, guarantee fund, dispute process or goodwill payment here, and nothing we publish creates an expectation of one.

We cannot access your account, release a withdrawal, reverse a bet, recover a skin or make an operator do any of it, and we are not obliged to try.

Telling us about a bad operator is still worth doing. It can change what we publish, which is the only remedy in our gift. It is not a claim against us.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify CS2WH and everyone connected with it against any claim, loss, liability or cost, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the site or of any site reached through it, or from your breach of these terms, of any law, or of an operator’s terms.

Our content, and Valve

The reviews, scores, test data, tools and design of this site belong to CS2WH. Quote us with a link; do not republish pages wholesale or reproduce our scores as a dataset.

Counter-Strike, CS2 and all related artwork belong to Valve Corporation. CS2WH is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Valve. Operator names and logos belong to their owners and identify the sites we review.

General

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and if you deal with us as a consumer you may have statutory rights these terms do not affect.

If any provision is unenforceable it is applied as narrowly as needed, or severed, and the rest stands. We may change these terms at any time; the date at the top is the current version and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
