What this covers

This covers cs2wh.com only, not any site you reach from here. Follow a link and you are dealing with that company under their privacy policy.

There are no reader accounts on CS2WH. You cannot register, log in or subscribe, so there is nothing for us to hold about you unless you click an outbound link or email us.

What we collect

When you click a link to an operator, our redirect records the click: your IP address, your browser user agent, the page you came from, the country the request arrived from, which link it was and the time.

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, a script Cloudflare loads on each page. It records the page, the referring site, the country, the browser, the device type and how fast the page loaded, and it sets no cookies. Cloudflare states that it does not collect visitors’ personal data or track them across sites.

If you email us, we have your address and what you wrote. That is the whole list.

No advertising network, no tracking pixels, no fingerprinting, no profiling and no other third-party scripts. We set no cookies. We never sell or trade personal data.

03

Why we collect it

To count clicks: which reviews get used, whether an operator credited a referral, and which traffic is automated.

The basis is our legitimate interest in running and being paid for an affiliate publication. If you would rather we did not, do not use our outbound links.

04

How long we keep it

Click records have no fixed deletion date at present, and the oldest go back to July 2025. We are setting a limit and will state it here once it is in force.

Until then you can ask us to delete records relating to you at any time. Emails are kept only as long as the conversation is useful.

05

Who else sees it

Our hosting and network providers, because a request cannot reach us otherwise, and Cloudflare, which counts visits for us. The click log lives in a database we control.

Nobody else. We do not pass click data to the operators we link to, and we do not sell it. We would disclose data if a valid legal order required it.

06

The sites we link to are not ours

Once you arrive at an operator, they decide what to collect and what to do with it. They are the controller of that data, not us. We have no access to it, no sight of it and no ability to correct or delete it.

Nothing an operator does with your personal data is our responsibility, including how long they keep it, who they pass it to, what they ask you to upload for identity checks, and what happens to it in a breach or if they stop trading.

07

Security

We collect as little as we can, which is the most effective protection there is, and keep it on access-controlled infrastructure.

No site is perfectly secure. To the fullest extent the law allows we give no warranty that this one is, and accept no liability for loss from unauthorised access to it.

08

Your rights, and contact

In the UK, EU and EEA you can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our using it. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.

A click record is an IP address and little else, so tell us roughly when and from where you clicked, or we may not find you in it.

Anything about this page, including a deletion request, goes to [email protected].
