How do you deposit on Hellcase?

Open the balance and pick a country at the top, as the cash methods change with it. Then pick a tile. Crypto is 12 coins, from Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDT to Dash, TON and XRP, each with its own address. Cards and wallets are Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Skrill, Neteller and UnionPay. Skins go in through Pay by Skins, and Dota 2 and Rust skins are taken as well as CS2. There are Kinguin and Eneba wallet cards, which is what a Hellcase wallet code is, Swapped with paysafecard, Revolut and 30 more local methods, and digital gift cards paid with PayPal. Steam wallet funds do not work. Every deposit earns War Tags on top, and a payment can take 5 to 10 minutes to show.

How do you withdraw from Hellcase?

You can, in skins and only in skins, and that covers CS2, Dota 2 and Rust items, whatever you opened. There is no withdraw page. Every item you open sits in your profile with two buttons. Sell puts the site’s value back on your balance, and Send builds a Steam trade offer from a Hellcase bot. You tick past a scam warning, click Get when the offer is ready, and accept it on Steam. Your Steam account has to be able to trade. That means no trade ban, and at least 7 days since a password change. We tested it. Our trade offer was ready 5 minutes after we clicked Send, and nobody asked us for ID.

Three rules matter. You must have added at least 2 USD of balance before you can send anything. An item you leave for 30 days is turned back into balance. And the balance itself can never be paid out, as the terms say it is worth nothing outside the site. Once a skin has left the site, a Steam trade reversal is your problem, not theirs.

Does Hellcase require KYC?

No, not when you sign up. You sign in with Steam and there is no other login. The terms say they can ask for your name, address, date of birth and an ID at any time. The one star reviews on Trustpilot say it tends to happen at withdrawal. It did not happen to us. Paying with several different cards can get the account restricted while they check. One account per person, and an account with no purchase for a year can be charged 10 USD a month from its balance until it is empty.

How do you get free rewards on Hellcase?

The Daily Bonus is the main one. Claim it every 24 hours and you get an item, balance or War Tags, one per account. War Tags also drop on every deposit, and you spend them in the War Tag Shop. Events run on top of that. During an event, marked cases drop tokens. You spend them on an event wheel or in an event store, which sells balance, cases, Premium time and skins you can withdraw at once. The top token collectors get more tokens.

Then there are the giveaways. Interval giveaways run on a daily, weekly and monthly timer, and Premium members are entered on their own. Gleam giveaways give you entries for tasks, and user giveaways need at least 10 players or the creator gets the cases back. Premium costs 5, 10 or 25 USD a month, renews on its own, and adds exclusive cases and priority support.

There is also a level system. Every case you open earns XP, the levels run from 1 to 100, and each one unlocks a reward, from a Newbie case at level 2 to War Tags and discount vouchers further up. Levels 2, 17 and 25 each add a free daily case on top. The event right now is Area 51. Its refill quests pay tokens on deposits from 2 USD to 500 USD, and you spend them on the event wheel, the item generator or the event store.

What games does Hellcase have?

Cases first, and more kinds than most sites. They come in CS2, Dota 2 and Rust, each on its own tab. Normal cases, farm cases and multicases. Farm cases are bought 25, 50, 100 or 150 at a time, and the cheap drops sell on their own. In a multicase you open the cells yourself. Every case can also drop a shard, and 4 shards of the same item become that item. Case battles are 2 to 4 players opening the same cases, and the highest total takes the lot. There are 3 modes, Classic, Sharing and Reversed, and the lobby we looked at ran from a 0.50 USD battle to one worth 11,000 USD. The upgrader takes one or more skins, or balance on top, and shows your exact chance before you press the button. You pick a multiplier of 1.5x, 2x, 5x or 10x, or a random one, and an item needs to be worth at least 0.50 USD to go in. A contract trades 3 to 10 skins worth 0.30 USD to 1,000 USD up for one item, on Easy at 1.2x, Medium at 5x or Hard at 10x. There is no roulette, no crash and no slots.

How does provably fair work on Hellcase?

Every case has a Provably Fair panel. It shows a range id, the period it has been in force, and a table of every skin in the case with its roll range and drop chance. On File 51, a 0.50 USD case we looked at, the top item, a Kumicho Dragon Desert Eagle at 22.50 USD, sat on rolls 1 to 20 at 0.02%. The cheapest Tec-9s sat on ranges of 500 to 1,000 rolls each, at 0.5% to 1%. You paste your own roll into the box to see which range it fell in. One thing to know. The panel lets you check where a roll landed, but the site does not show how the roll is generated. So it is odds you can see rather than a seed you can verify.
